The Luis Pack I Drummer Pack is a Drum Core expansion pack featuring Luis Conte (Clapton, Sergio Mendes) . Luis Conte's genius stems from his ability to integrate the powerful rhythms of his native Cuba with the necessities of American pop music. His long and varied career has included numerous Hollywood film scores and hit recordings with Madonna, Ray Charles, Phil Collins, Santana, Shakira, Jackson Browne, Sergio Mendes, Cachao, and a multitude of other artists. Luis Pack I includes layered Groove Sets, so you can use either full mixes (with congas, shaker and timbale for example) or just a single track on its own (such as shaker). Stir in some Latin spice to your drum tracks to help drive things along. Add a bubbling conga to an intro or a perfect pop tambourine for the chorus. A huge assortment of Latin instrument sounds from Luis own collection are included all for instant use in Drum Core s MIDI instrument. Groove Sets include both audio and MIDI versions of his performances. Drum Core Groove Sets provide inspiring building blocks for your song and give you a basic groove plus variations and fills at many tempos. Some with over 20 variations in one tempo! Most include side stick (SS), hihat, ride, and no-kick (NK) versions. Start with sparse side stick, add snare for the second verse and nail the chorus with a ride pattern.
